These terms explain the standards used by the FitsLuxy catalog before a buyer completes checkout through the connected commerce platform.

Product information

FitsLuxy presents model-level catalog information, images, prices and availability to help buyers compare products. Manufacturers and suppliers can revise product details, documentation and images. Before ordering, confirm critical specifications, dimensions, fuel or power requirements, installation needs and site access.

Pricing, taxes and availability

Catalog prices and availability can change. The connected Shopify or WooCommerce checkout confirms final product price, stock status, shipping charges, taxes, duties, payment methods and order total before payment is completed.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after payment authorization, stock verification and fulfillment review. FitsLuxy or the connected store may cancel or refuse an order when a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, suspected of fraud or cannot be delivered to the requested destination.

Shipping and delivery

Standard estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after order confirmation. Freight products may require appointments, clear access and inspection at delivery. Full shipping details are available on the shipping, returns and refunds policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 30-day returns after delivery with return authorization. Refund timing, return shipping responsibility and exclusions are described in the shipping and returns policy.

Warranties and product use

Manufacturer warranties, if available, are provided by the manufacturer or supplier. The buyer is responsible for selecting a suitable product, following manuals and safety warnings, and using licensed professionals when required by law, code or manufacturer instructions.

Reviews and product snippets

FitsLuxy does not create fake ratings. Review markup and review feeds are used only when the underlying customer review is stored and visible on the matching product page.
