Note: This is available as a 208/230-volt model (Quest 506 4046300), which uses a NEMA 6-20P plug, or a 277-volt model (Quest 506 4046310) with a NEMA L7-20P plug.

Thanks to its unique design, this American-engineered dehumidifier can be used in various industrial and commercial spaces and offers impressive MERV 13 filtration.

• Operates in any temperature between 56 and 95 degrees F.
• A gravity drain hose is included to remove the excess moisture it collects. You can either drain it outside or into a reservoir.
• This overhead dehumidifier can be ducted when necessary; intake and exhaust duct kits may be purchased separately.

Note: A remote humidistat is required for use. Our customers often choose the Quest DEH3000R controller.

M-CORR Technology

This commercial dehumidifier uses Quest’s patented M-CORR technology, which increases device efficiency using multiple recovery coils to cool air and recycle energy. Quest devices with M-CORR technology use less energy than traditional dehumidifiers, pulling 30 percent more water from the air and expelling less heat.

Quest's patent-pending coil technology allows for higher efficiency in a smaller unit. It pulls only 11 amps and has a maximum efficiency of 8.1 pints/kWh. This complies with California Title 24 updated regulations for energy efficiency for both overhead (portable) and ducted (whole-house) installation. No high-capacity dehumidifier can remove 500 pints of moisture in such a small frame.

Using fewer amps means the unit generates less heat--another bonus if you use this model in growing spaces.

• Superior MERV 13 Filtration: Air exiting the dehumidifier is filtered with a MERV 13 filter, which catches particles like smoke, smog, bacteria, microscopic allergens, and debris. Filter changes are suggested for 6-8 weeks if the dehumidifier is used in growing spaces.
• R-454B Refrigerant: The Quest 506 now uses R-454B Refrigerant, which is more energy efficient and has a 75 percent lower global warming potential than R-410A.
• 5-Year Compressor Warranty: It's backed by a 5-year compressor and refrigerant system warranty and a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
• Auto Restart: After power outages, this high-capacity dehumidifier returns to its previous settings once power is restored.
• Integrated Handle: Integrated heavy-duty handles make transporting easier. The threaded rod handles can attach to a 3/8-inch rod (not included) if you use it as an overhead dehumidifier. Moving this 280-pound model will require at least two people.
• Low Voltage Control Option: Wire the remote dehumidistat using a low-voltage terminal block.
