1. Returns

  • You may return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color.

  • If your desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, clearance items, and custom-printed T-shirts are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Defective/Damaged Products

If you received a defective item, contact us at payment@teevalo.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
